These 32 Degrees Heat Weatherproof base layers are awesome. They're currently on sale for $6.00!!! Regularly $8.99 :) I highly recommend! I couldn't believe how affordable they were, so I went ahead and bought 3. They're great for layering especially on those very cold winter runs. If you're familiar with Uniqlo Heattech base layer, it's VERY similar to that, except this one is less expensive.
This jacket is also made by 32 Degrees Heat Weatherproof. They run big for their size and I wanted one sooooo bad, but it didn't fit right. It was definitely a hot item as a few other ladies were checking it out when I was there. Another affordable price at $19.99 :)
This merino blend base layer is tried and true. I bought a couple last year and used it all last winter season on my outdoor runs. Easy wash and wear, I prefer to hang dry, but have accidentally thrown in the dryer, and it's still holding up pretty well! Moisture wicking and keeps you warm. Great price for merino wool. $17.99
I usually just wear gloves on my outdoor long runs when needed, but these toe and hand warmers would be great for loved ones while they watch you race in the colder weather. :)
Last but not least, I always have to make sure that I'm fully stocked with these two favorite protein bars Nogii & Zone Perfect when I'm training. It's my go-to snack when I'm #rungry ! And that happens quite often especially while I'm training! :)
