I get to do this

It’s not every day that I’m motivated to get out the door & hit the ground running. Frequently, it’s a tug of war between my bed & my bike or running shoes. When it gets really hard, this reminds me that it’s a blessing to have the body capable of being of play. There will come a time that I won’t be able to. But for now, I will because I get to do this!
